Pet Policies:

1. Pets are defined as non-service animals. Only Dogs are permitted.

2. For the safety, security, and comfort of all our Guests, we require that pets be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in any public area.

3. Except for service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, we do not permit pets in any of our lounges/restaurants or at the pool.

4. Emotional Support animals are also not permitted in any of our lounges/restaurants or at the pool since they do not qualify as a service animal as defined under the ADA.

5. Pets weighing over 75lbs. are not allowed on the property.

6. The pet owner must be aware of the $30 non-refundable fee per pet for allowing the pet onto the property, in addition to the $10 per night charge per pet, as well as other fees that may apply to be charged in the event of damage (maximum 2 pets per room).

7. The pet owner must properly remove and dispose of any litter or waste associated with any pet on Hotel premises.

8. The Hotel retains the right to exclude a pet if, in the Hotel's sole discretion, the pet is considered dangerous by reason of size, disposition, or is likely to frighten or harm other guests of the Hotel.

9. The pet owner agrees to be responsible for the noise their pet creates and will ensure that the pet does not disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other hotel guests.

10. Guest understands that Hotel employees are not permitted to enter their Guest room while the pet is inside. Please schedule all Housekeeping or Engineering work to be completed during a time the pet can be removed from the room.

11. There will be a $250 fee for taking a pet into a non-pet room.

12. Guest will be required to sign an acknowledgment form.

Must be at least 21 years of age. For new reservations only, may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or group bookings.
